Prior to getting her Master degree in Public Policy at National University of Singapore, Thuan Hai was formally trained to be a business translator and interpreter during her undergraduate study in Vietnam. In reference to her nearly four years of providing translation services, she had work experiences in various international organizations, including Deloitte and the United Nations Development Program in Vietnam.

Although she constantly utilizes all the knowledge that she has gained from her areas of study, Thaun Hai realizes that it is not sufficient in bringing out quality translation. Gathering all her experiences throughout her profession has enabled her to have a deeper understanding and responsible outcome to her work. From major projects with ABeam Consulting, Interek, Samsung, Nestle, etc., she has come to become very familiar with a variety of topics, ranging from business management solutions and legal procedures to cosmetic surgery and biochemistry, and many more.
