Accordingly, our legal arbitration multilingual services can be broadly divided into five main areas:

• •   Legal Translation – This includes any written text and documents - such as certificates, contracts, agreements, and        memorandums - required for use in applications with governmental and judicial agencies in Singapore.


• •   Legal Transcription – This includes any audio or video files required for use by governmental and judicial agencies in       Singapore. Transcripts may be delivered in English, as a translated version in one or more target languages, or both.


• •   Court (or On-site) Transcription – This refers to a specialised category of on-site transcription, involving legal transcribers    who are physically present at a designated venue (e.g. court room, client's office) and given time to undertake the     transcription. Court transcribers typically work in pairs, in order to transcribe speeches, discussions and other in-court        verbal interactions at near or real-time speed.


• •   Legal Interpreting – This includes legal consecutive interpretation and legal simultaneous interpretation. Additionally, Elite     Asia sells and rents out simultaneous interpreting systems for clients requiring mass interpretation.
